Summary
This follow-up inspection at childminder Ms. H. Witte-Kok in Hattem, conducted on 24 April 2025, assessed whether the violations from the routine inspection of 12 February 2025 had been resolved. The childminder provides care for children aged 0-4 years through two childminder agencies (gastouderbureaus). The four identified violations concerned an insufficiently up-to-date risk assessment, not always acting in accordance with this assessment, a non-current accident list, and insufficient knowledge of mandatory reporting, consultation and filing obligations. During the follow-up inspection, it was found that the childminder had taken the shortcomings seriously. Together with a placement coordinator from De Herberg Veluwe, a new risk assessment was drawn up. The operational measures have been improved, the accident registration is up-to-date, and the childminder now knows how to act in cases of suspected abuse. All violations have been resolved.
