This inspection report concerns a registration investigation for childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) provided by Ms B.M. Bosgoed at Spoorstraat 1 in Hattem, conducted by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Noord- en Oost-Gelderland. The care takes place at the requesting parent's home address via childminder agency Gastouders 4 all kids. The childminder will care for three two-year-old children on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
