Gastouders 4 all kids offers flexible and professional childminder (gastouder) care for children aged 0 to 13. Care takes place in the childminder's home or at your own home, in a safe and homely environment. Childminders are trained, registered, and provide plenty of personal attention with room for your child's own pace. Care is not limited to daytime hours—it can also be provided in the evenings, at night, and on weekends, with flexible times that fit your work schedule.
Subsidy & costs
The agency fees are €125.00 registration fee, which is offset after matching on the first invoice following the 2-month trial period. The recommended hourly rate to the childminder for care at the childminder's home is between €7.30 and €8.50 per child per hour. For care at the parent's home, at least the minimum wage per hour applies, regardless of the number of children. There are additional allowances for meals (breakfast/lunch €1.30, hot meal €1.75-€2.75) and mileage allowance of €0.23 per kilometre. Agency fees are invoiced monthly and payment is processed by direct debit.

Gastouders 4 all kids selects childminders based on legally determined criteria. All childminders, their partners if applicable, adult children living at home, and regular visitors must apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). The childminder's VOG is reimbursed after matching. Childminders must hold at least a Care and Welfare Assistance diploma at MBO level 2 and a recognised First Aid for Children certificate. The agency carries out risk assessments at care locations, which are repeated annually.
