Summary

Kinderdagverblijf Pippeloentje in Sint Maartensbrug, part of Kappio, was inspected on 27 July 2026 by GGD Hollands Noorden on behalf of the municipality of Schagen. This was a follow-up investigation into a previously identified violation regarding early childhood education. During the annual inspection in January 2026, it was found that the training plan for early childhood education was not location-specific, concrete, or verifiable, and had not been evaluated. A recovery offer followed, in which the provider resolved the violation on 'Deployment of pedagogical policy staff for early childhood education' but not the one on 'Early childhood education' itself. In this follow-up investigation, it appeared that the provider has since taken sufficient measures: the training plan is now incorporated into the pedagogical work plan and meets all requirements. The violation has been resolved.
