De Vlinder/Oudelandsehof

Childcare center De Vlinder is located in care center De Oudelandse Hof at Oudelandselaan 226 in Berkel en Rodenrijs. This special location offers a unique environment where young children and elderly residents regularly meet. We sing songs together, do crafts, exercise, and regularly visit the residents' living room for tea. Our daily rituals provide structure: we welcome the children with a song and work with a monthly theme from the Uk & Puk educational method. Activities include a monthly visit to the library. There is also room for spontaneous activities such as Mud Day, the butterfly project, or playing with shaving foam. Sometimes we invite a specialist teacher for music or yoga. The location features a large play hall, two spacious outdoor playgrounds with various play opportunities, and light, atmospherically decorated group rooms. Using the KIJK! observation system, we monitor each child's development and tailor guidance to what your child needs.
