Summary

KlipKids in Schiedam, an after-school care (BSO) for 31 children aged 4 to 13, was inspected on 16 June 2026 by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Rotterdam-Rijnmond. The annual inspection shows that the location now meets all assessed quality requirements. Previous shortcomings in the furnishing of the group room, identified during the inspection visit of 7 October 2025, have been resolved. The municipality of Schiedam had issued an instruction at that time. The operator has refurnished the studio space with various play and development materials, ensuring there are now sufficient play opportunities for the age and number of children. The pedagogical practice, staff qualifications, safety measures, and parent participation were all found to be in order. The GGD advises no enforcement action.
