About this care
Welcome to Bernewrâld, a cozy and small-scale daycare center in the heart of Reduzum. Since May 2008, we have been providing care for children aged 0 to 4 years, five days a week. Our daycare is housed in a warm and homely environment where children can feel safe and secure. We work with vertical groups, where children of different ages play and learn together. This setup stimulates social development and offers younger children the opportunity to learn from older children, while older children develop their sense of responsibility. Summary
GGD Fryslân conducted an annual inspection on 13 February 2026 at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Bernewrâld in Reduzum. The location provides care for a maximum of 16 children aged 0-4 years in one fixed group. The investigation shows that the daycare center meets all assessed inspection items, including pedagogical policy, pedagogical practice, staff and groups, safety and health, and accommodation.
