About this care
Welcome to Kinderdagverblijf Ons Stalleke, a small-scale daycare center located in a beautifully converted old barn at Goorweg 1a in Riel. In this rural, green environment, we provide care for up to 14 children per day in one vertical group for children aged 0 to 4 years.
Ons Stalleke is housed in a characteristic farm location that has been transformed into a warm, homely childcare facility. This unique setting in a quiet, rural area offers children the space to play, discover and grow in a safe and familiar environment. We believe in small-scale care and personal attention, where every child feels welcome and seen.
We work according to a fixed daily schedule that provides predictability and calm. This gives children the structure and security they need to develop optimally. Our vertical group composition means that children of different ages play and learn together, which contributes to their social development and creates a cozy, homely atmosphere.

Summary
On 19 May 2026, GGD Hart voor Brabant conducted a follow-up inspection at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Ons Stalleke in Riel, on behalf of the municipality of Goirle. This inspection followed an annual inspection on 10 March 2026 in which violations were identified regarding staff and groups (personnel register) and parental rights (parent committee and complaints procedure). The provider received a written instruction with recovery deadlines. During this follow-up inspection, it was established that the provider meets all assessed quality requirements. The previous violations have been resolved: a step-by-step plan for new staff members is in place, parents are involved via newsletters and orally regarding policy changes, and the complaints procedure is complete and available through the website and parent app. One parent has expressed interest in participating in the parent committee.
