Childminder agency (gastouderbureau) 4Kids works exclusively with childminders (gastouders) who are registered in the National Childcare Register and have been approved by the Municipal Health Service (GGD). Our intermediaries regularly visit the childcare locations to check whether all safety requirements are met. We carry out annual risk assessments and evaluate the childcare with parents and childminders. The agency has a pedagogical policy that all childminders work according to and offers pedagogical support through its own pedagogical staff. We receive annual inspection visits from the GGD.

We mediate between parents and registered childminders (gastouders) who offer small-scale, homely care in their own home or as a nanny in your home. Our mediation is free of charge, and we personally guide you in finding a childminder (gastouder) who matches your wishes and situation. Parents only start paying when care actually begins.

Wen's Gastouderbureau is a reputable organisation with LRK registration (National Childcare Register) and membership of Brancheorganisatie Kinderopvang (Childcare Industry Association). The bureau has an independent disputes committee and a parent committee. All childminders (gastouders) are LRK-registered, hold a relevant vocational diploma, a first aid certificate (updated annually), and a Certificate of Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag). The bureau and childminders (gastouders) are supervised by the GGD (Municipal Health Service), and the bureau annually receives complaint-free certificates from the Disputes Committee.
