GGD Hollands Midden conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 21 April 2026 at childminder Bood in Hillegom. The childminder provides care for a maximum of five children aged 0-4 years through childminder agency ViaViela. Most quality requirements were met: the pedagogical climate, requirements for the childminder, and accommodation and furnishings all scored positively. One violation was identified in the area of safety and health: a broken crib with a sagging mattress and a travel cot with an additional mattress, both in violation of the risk assessment. Following a recovery offer with an extended deadline, the childminder replaced the crib and modified the travel cot. The violation has been resolved. The previous inspection in 2025 also identified shortcomings regarding safety and health. The GGD advises no enforcement action.
