ViaViela complies with all legal requirements for childminder agencies (gastouderbureaus). All locations and childminders are registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK) and are regularly inspected by the Municipal Health Service (GGD). Childminder agencies are inspected annually; childminders receive a GGD inspector every two years. ViaViela has established an internal complaints procedure in accordance with the Childcare Act and offers parents various channels for questions and complaints. The agency uses secure payment systems where payments are processed through the childminder agency, ensuring payments reach the childminder safely.

Gastouderbureau Samen meets all legal requirements for childminder care and is registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK No: 300232779). The bureau carries out annual risk assessments at childminders and visits care locations multiple times per year. GGD inspection reports are available from 2019 to 2023, and the bureau holds Geschillenvrij certificates for the years 2019-2024. In addition, the bureau has a complaints procedure, parent committee regulations and a pedagogical policy plan that is regularly updated.

We are inspected annually by the Public Health Service (GGD) and are found to comply with the requirements of the Childcare Act. All inspection reports are publicly available via the LRK and on our website. We follow the Child Abuse Protocol and carry out annual Risk Inventories for Safety and Health at all childminders. Our childminders and agency are registered in the LRK, which entitles you to childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag).
