The location with 9 core groups (5 baby groups, 3 toddler groups and 1 bilingual group) provides responsible care where children are emotionally secure and personal skills are stimulated. Three violations were identified: two concerning the pedagogical policy (insufficient description of group merging and the PeuterPlus activity) and one regarding hygiene (not changing gloves and not washing hands after nappy changing). All violations were resolved through a recovery offer. A fourth violation concerned placement in a second core group to meet the staff-child ratio, caused by staff shortage; justified decisions were made here. The parent committee is satisfied with the pedagogy, staff and layout.
