During the inspection, it was found that the stair gate to the ground floor was missing, although it had been included in the risk assessment. The requesting parent declared that this would be rectified before the start date of 11 August 2025. Otherwise, the childminder meets all assessed legal requirements, including diploma, first aid certificate, Certificate of Conduct (VOG), and knowledge of the reporting protocol and pedagogical policy.
