This inspection report concerns an investigation for registration of childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) Koopmans Filart in Vasse, carried out by Municipal Health Service (GGD) Twente on behalf of the municipality of Tubbergen. The care takes place in the home of the requesting parent via childminder agency 4Kids, for 4 children aged 1 to 7 years on Mondays. The inspection showed that the childminder can create a healthy, safe, and stimulating environment. There were two remarks: a sandbox that was not completely filled and a safety risk due to balustrade bars that were too far apart (17.5 cm, while a maximum of 10 cm is permitted). Both points were resolved during the inspection phase. No violations were identified. The advice to the Municipal Executive is positive: register in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang) with 6 childcare places.
