Summary

This inspection report concerns a registration investigation for childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) Hladik at Ubbergseveldweg 66B in Nijmegen. The childminder, Rita Hladik, works via childminder agency ViaViela and provides day care, after-school care (BSO) and pre-school care for a maximum of six children at the requesting parent's home address. The inspection took place on 27 May 2026 and comprised document review, a site visit and an interview with the childminder and the agency. All investigated aspects meet the statutory requirements. The childminder has been registered in the LRK since 2015, holds a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), appropriate qualifications, a paediatric first aid certificate (valid until November 2026) and speaks Dutch. The accommodation offers sufficient play and sleeping space, a smoke-free environment and a good backup care arrangement. The risk assessment has been completed and action points have been implemented. The childminder is familiar with the reporting code for domestic violence and child abuse.
