About this care
Welcome to childcare 't Riet, part of Uk & Ko in Ede, located at Laan der Verenigde Naties. We offer daycare for up to 72 children aged 0-4 years in horizontal age groups: baby groups (0-1 year), a toddler group (1.5-2.5 years), and preschool groups (2-3 years). VVE preschool education is available on the first floor for children aged 2-4.
At Uk & Ko, trust, fun, and conscious choices are central. We work with a permanent team of trained pedagogical professionals. We make conscious health choices: fresh fruit and vegetables daily, Dr. Jetske Ultee sunscreen, and movement lessons from Monkey Moves. We encourage outdoor play.
Our rooms are designed per developmental phase with open-ended toys that stimulate creativity and imagination. In horizontal groups, children play and learn with peers in an environment tailored to their developmental stage.
