Summary

Dreamzzz Montessori Kinderopvang Ede Oudpark, a daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) for 16 children in Ede, was subject to an unannounced annual inspection on 11 August 2026. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) concludes that the location meets all assessed quality requirements. The pedagogical climate is assessed positively: the Montessori-driven childcare professionals create a warm, safe environment in which children's independence and self-direction are encouraged. Children learn to spread their own bread, pour drinks, and tidy up. The staff-to-child ratio is satisfactory, all eight childcare professionals are qualified including emergency response training (EHBO) and infant first aid certification (babyscholing), and the pedagogical policy staff member provides structural coaching to the team. Previous shortcomings in the safety and health policy from 2024-2025 have been resolved. No violations or areas for improvement were identified.
