About this care
Welcome to the after-school care (BSO) of Tante Muis, located at Badweg 20 in Loppersum. We provide care for children aged 4 to 12 in a homely, safe and familiar environment. Our team is ready to give children a pleasant and relaxed time after school, with room for play, relaxation and development. We work on a small scale and personally, so that every child feels seen and valued.
Our location is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 110157783. We are part of Tante Muis, an organization that offers after-school care, daycare and childminding services. Our vision is based on homeliness, openness, cosiness and flexibility. We believe it is important that children feel at home with us and that parents can bring their child to us with peace of mind.

Strengths
- Pedagogical policy is implemented according to plan, with attention to risky play
- Warm and convivial atmosphere during mealtimes, with engaged staff
- Staff respond positively to sign language that children have learned at school
- All staff hold appropriate qualifications and meet the IKK language proficiency requirement

- All employees are properly registered in the persons register and hold valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) declarations

Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted an unannounced annual inspection at after-school care (BSO) Tante Muis in Loppersum on 16 April 2026. The location provides care for 32 children in two base groups (ages 4–12 and 7–12) and is housed in the same building as daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Tante Muis. All assessed areas (pedagogical climate and staff and groups) comply with statutory requirements. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The GGD advises the municipality of Eemsdelta not to take enforcement measures.
