The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection report of 2 September 2025 assesses toddler group De Struikrovers (group 't Paasheuveltje) of childcare organisation SKAR in Arnhem. The location, housed in primary school De Boomhut since August 2025, provides toddler care with early childhood education following the Actief Betrokken method. The unannounced inspection following registration showed that the location meets all quality requirements: general conditions, pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, premises, and parental rights. The pedagogical practice was assessed positively, with attention to emotional safety, independence, social skills, and value transmission. There were no violations or areas for improvement.
