GGD Brabant-Zuidoost conducted an unannounced incidental investigation on 7 May 2026 at childminder Schellekens in Eindhoven. The investigation was prompted by a signal from the municipality that a household member did not have the correct Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and was not registered in the PRK (Persons Register for Childcare). The childminder was found to have a family member who had moved into a separate building on the same property. Following a recovery offer, the household member was subsequently registered in the PRK and linked to the childminder agency as of 11 May 2026. The inspector confirmed that all quality requirements are now met following the resolution. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
