This inspection report concerns an investigation for the registration of childminder S. Boukou at Slam atstraat 92 in Rotterdam, submitted by childminder agency 4Kids for six childcare places. The inspection took place on 18 February 2026. The care was not yet operational at that time. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) assessed all quality requirements and concludes that the facility meets the legal requirements for registration. One safety risk was identified: a crib was placed unsafely between a window and a bed, creating a risk of suffocation from bedding and poor air circulation. The childminder immediately corrected this by moving the crib. No violations or areas for improvement remain.
