The inspection report of 26 February 2026 concerns after-school care (BSO) Prinses Marijke in Nijverdal, part of Kosmo. The location provides care for up to 90 children (ages 4–13) in a temporary school building. The general quality assessment is positive: almost all assessed requirements are met. The pedagogical climate is rated as good, with a relaxed atmosphere and engaged staff. There was one violation in the area of safety and health: the safety and health policy did not contain location-specific risk descriptions, such as agreements on independent outdoor play, walking routes, and supervision. Following a recovery offer, the provider submitted an improved policy on 15 April 2026 with a floor plan, visual materials, and concrete measures. As a result, the violation has been resolved. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality of Hellendoorn not to apply enforcement.
