About this care
At SPL – Samen spelen en ontdekken, we offer a warm and stimulating environment for children aged 2 to 4. Our focus is on encouraging toddler development so that they are well prepared for primary school. We believe in the power of playing and learning together, and provide extra support where needed.
Our locations are spread across Leiden, Voorschoten, Lisse and Noordwijk, with more than 20 locations to choose from. Each location has spacious and well-equipped play areas where children can enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities. We offer a varied programme, including regular toddler playgroups, Montessori and anthroposophical groups, and after-school care (BSO).
At SPL, we provide healthy meals, and our children have access to a safe and stimulating play environment. We welcome all children and offer an inclusive atmosphere where every child can feel at home. The annual inspection conducted on 13 January 2026 at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Pippeloentje in Leiden shows a positive picture.
