This inspection report concerns a post-registration investigation of after-school care (BSO) Mamasthee-de Höchte in Alteveer, conducted by GGD Groningen on behalf of the municipality of Stadskanaal. The location, which opened on 25 August 2025, provides care for up to 28 children aged 4 to 13 years in school building De Höchte. Almost all quality requirements are being met. There was one violation in the area of parent rights: the inspection report from the registration investigation was not published on the website in a timely manner. Following a recovery offer, the holder has since done so by placing a link to the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang). The pedagogical climate could not be fully assessed due to low attendance (one child) and will be reassessed at the annual inspection in 2026.
