ViaViela is the largest childminder agency in the Netherlands with a national network of 40 locations and more than 225,000 children cared for since 2005. We offer parents personal mediation to qualified childminders in a homely environment. You get a fixed contact person in your region who guides you from the first conversation until the care starts. Our childminders are carefully screened, are registered in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang), and receive regular pedagogical support. ViaViela also helps with the application for childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag) and offers a user-friendly online system for administration and communication.

ViaViela has a national network with 40 locations spread throughout the Netherlands. We are active in all regions and have local contact persons who know the area and the childminder offerings well. Our locations provide personal guidance at regional level, taking into account local differences and needs. Parents can always count on a childminder in their neighbourhood thanks to our extensive network of more than 4,500 registered childminders.

ViaViela meets all legal requirements for childminder agencies and is registered in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang/LRK). Our childminders hold the required diplomas (MBO-2 Helpende Zorg en Welzijn or equivalent) and their care locations meet safety and hygiene regulations. The municipal health service (GGD) inspects childminders every two years and childminder agencies annually. ViaViela itself carries out at least two visits per year to every care location and provides continuous education to childminders. We have an internal complaints procedure according to the Childcare Act and work with protocols and guidelines from our knowledge guide.

At Gastouderbureau Roodkapje, parents find a reliable childminder (gastouder) in their own neighbourhood. Our certified childminders (gastouders) provide small-scale, personal care in a familiar homely environment. You will be assigned a dedicated consultant who guides you through the entire process: from searching and matching to daily care. We arrange all administration, screening and quality controls, so you can focus on what matters: great care for your child.

Gastouderbureau Roodkapje has a national network of consultants and childminders (gastouders). We are active throughout the Netherlands with consultants in various regions. Parents can come to us for childminder care (gastouderopvang) in their own neighbourhood, with personal guidance from a consultant in their region. Our childminders (gastouders) are spread across the country, which means we can find a suitable childminder (gastouder) for most locations.

Gastouderbureau Roodkapje meets all legal requirements for childminder care (gastouderopvang). Every location has the GGD quality mark and scores 100% on annual inspections. We are affiliated with the Brancheorganisatie Kinderopvang and the KennisNetwerk GastouderOpvang (KNGO). Our consultants are qualified pedagogical policy officers and are checked annually. Childminders (gastouders) are visited at least twice a year, their locations are tested for safety annually, and all required certificates (first aid, certificate of conduct) are kept up to date.
