About this care
Welcome to Partou Daycare Koetje Boe, located at Laarstraat 58 in the heart of Zutphen! In our characteristic, historic building with a sheltered inner garden, we provide care for up to 34 children aged 0 to 4 years. Here, children can play, move, and discover their creative talents in a safe and stimulating environment.
Our pedagogical staff work with horizontal groups, caring for babies and toddlers in separate age groups. This allows us to tailor care and activities perfectly to your child's developmental stage. We provide a warm meal and healthy snacks daily. There is also ample opportunity for outdoor play in our own garden, where children can ride around on a tractor or build sandcastles. Outdoor sleeping is also an option, which is a wonderful experience for the children.
We believe in the power of learning through play. Our activities are designed to stimulate language development, creativity, and motor skills. In our atelier, children can choose which materials they want to work with; everything is at their eye level. We also offer Preschool Education (VVE) to prepare children well for primary school. You can easily follow everything your child experiences with us via our Partou app.

Summary
Kinderopvang Koetje Boe in Zutphen, a daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) for 34 children operated by Partou, was inspected by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) on 18 February 2026. The location fully meets the requirements for pedagogical climate and staff and groups. However, shortcomings were identified in the areas of safety and health and accommodation. The safety and health risks involve non-compliance with the diaper changing protocol by a trainee, an outdated policy, and the presence of lead pipes for which insufficient measures have been taken. Regarding the accommodation, neglected playground equipment in the garden (wood rot, loose posts since February 2025) and an unsafe balcony were identified. The holder took immediate action: the balcony has been fenced off and an inspection was carried out. The GGD advises the municipal executive to proceed with enforcement.
