KDV Esweg in Eelde, part of Stichting SKID Kinderopvang, was inspected unannounced by GGD Drenthe on 27 January 2026. The location provides daycare to 31 children in two core groups and uses the Startblokken programme for early childhood education. The annual inspection shows a positive picture: all assessed areas (pedagogical climate, staff and groups, early childhood education) meet statutory requirements. The pedagogical practice is characterised by emotional safety, professional physical contact, and good social guidance. All staff hold the correct qualifications and Certificates of Conduct (VOG). In 2025, a violation was identified regarding health and safety policy; this has since been resolved. The GGD advises the municipality of Tynaarlo not to take enforcement measures.
