Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) de Hop in Weesp was inspected by Municipal Health Service (GGD) Amsterdam on 18 June 2026. This was a follow-up investigation as part of an enforcement procedure. The location provides care for 25 children aged 0 to 4 years. Previous violations regarding implementation of pedagogical policy, PRK, administration and stability have been resolved. However, violations persist regarding the pedagogical policy plan (insufficiently concrete description of responsible daycare for babies, working methods for core groups) and the safety and health policy (missing cot death risk, insufficient measures for indoor environment, heat and hygiene, insufficient implementation). Staff interact positively with the children. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) recommends proceeding with enforcement due to the ongoing violations.
