The childminder/host parent, Khadija Faraj, provides care at the requesting parent's location for three grandchildren aged 0, 3 and 7 years, affiliated with childminder agency (gastouderbureau) 4Kids. The inspection took place on 3 April 2025. One administrative inaccuracy was identified: the registered address in the LRK (Mazustraat 66) differs from the actual care address (Mazustraat 64), which needs to be corrected. Otherwise, the childminder/host parent meets all assessed requirements regarding registration, pedagogical climate, expertise, accommodation, safety and health. The childminder/host parent has sufficient knowledge of the pedagogical policy, holds the required diplomas and first aid certification, and the home is safely and appropriately furnished.
