This inspection report concerns a registration investigation for childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) provided by L.M.C. van Gorkum - Melkert at Veldweg 45 in Almere. The childminder/host parent provides care for 3 children aged 2 and 3 years old, 2.5 days per week at the parents' home. The inspection was carried out by Municipal Health Service (GGD) Flevoland on 12 February 2026.
