Summary

This inspection report concerns an investigation for the registration of childminder Ms. M. Jagersma at Novalieweg 1A in Hattem, conducted by Municipal Health Service (GGD) Noord- en Oost-Gelderland on behalf of the municipality of Hattem. The childminder is placed through Nanny Service Nederland Regio Noord and intends to start providing childcare in early November for one child of primary school age. The inspection took place on 17 October 2025. The childminder meets all statutory quality requirements: she holds the correct diploma, a valid first aid certificate (EHBO), and a Certificate of Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag/VOG). The living room and enclosed back garden are safely and appropriately set up. The childminder has sufficient knowledge of the pedagogical policy, the domestic violence and child abuse reporting code, and the risk assessment. A discussion point was identified regarding unclear wording in the risk assessment concerning swimming pool use in an outbuilding, but this did not result in a violation. No areas for improvement or violations were identified. The advice to the Municipal Executive is to include the childminder in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang).
