About this care
Welcome to Kinderdagverblijf Kindcentrum De Stern at Woensdrechtstraat 11 in Rotterdam Overschie (Park16hoven). We offer a safe, calm daycare for your baby and toddler in a natural environment where children learn from and with each other.
Within our child centre, daycare and school work closely together. Both teachers and pedagogical staff give children space to develop their talents. Nature and the rhythm of the seasons play an important role. We play and develop with heart, head and hands. Dance, crafts, painting, drama and music: we offer the children a challenging programme every week. And of course we spend lots of time outdoors, playing in and learning from nature!
We use the VE programme Speelplezier and work with a continuous learning pathway within our child centre. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 18:00, with extended care until 18:30.
The costs for daycare include diapers, lunch, healthy snacks, fruit, drinks, excursions, preschool education for 2-4 year olds, play and craft materials, and workshops. The location is accessible by bus 31 (stop Gilze-Rijenstraat, 6 min walk) and there is paid parking nearby.
