The annual inspection on 23 March 2026 at after-school care (BSO) Hub030 in Utrecht shows a predominantly positive picture. The location, part of Stichting Kind & Co Ludens with 22 childcare places, meets almost all quality requirements. There is a good pedagogical climate with the Agora vision as its foundation. The staff-to-child ratio is in order and there is a proper backup staff arrangement. However, one violation was identified in the area of Parent Rights: parents are not demonstrably sufficiently involved in changes to the location-specific safety and health policy. The holder submitted a response to this, but the supervisory authority upholds the finding. A previous violation from December 2025 regarding the duty to report and provide information has since been resolved through a recovery offer. The advice to the municipality is to enforce in accordance with the enforcement policy.
