Gastouderbureau ViaViela is het grootste gastouderbureau van Nederland, opgericht in 2005 en gespecialiseerd in kleinschalige gastouderopvang in een huiselijke omgeving. Met meer dan 40 vestigingen verspreid over heel Nederland en een netwerk van ruim 4.500 erkende gastouders, biedt ViaViela ouders persoonlijke begeleiding bij het vinden van een geschikte gastouder in de buurt. Het bureau hanteert een zorgvuldige screening en selectie van gastouders en investeert continu in scholing en pedagogische ondersteuning. Ouders kunnen rekenen op een vaste contactpersoon in hun regio die hen begeleidt van matching tot en met de opvangperiode. ViaViela werkt met een transparant kostenmodel waarbij ouders aanspraak kunnen maken op kinderopvangtoeslag.

ViaViela has a nationally covering network with approximately 50 childminder agencies spread throughout the Netherlands. Each region has its own dedicated contact person who is familiar with the local childminders and the specific needs in that region. The agency operates from locations in all provinces and major cities, so parents can always find a childminder in their immediate vicinity. The service areas are organised by region, with detailed coverage of both urban and rural areas.

ViaViela complies with all legal requirements for childminder agencies and is registered in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang/LRK). The agency operates an internal complaints procedure in accordance with the Childcare Act and offers parents the possibility to formally submit complaints via the complaints regulations. All childminders are carefully screened and selected before being admitted to the network. ViaViela monitors quality and safety within the care and offers childminders continuous training and pedagogical support. The agency works with a secure online administration system (Mijngastouderburo.nl) where parents and childminders can manage their details.

At Gastouderbureau KOOS, we find the right match between parent, child and childminder (gastouder) essential. Our placement coordinators listen to your wishes and search for a childminder who fits your family. You are assigned a dedicated contact person who guides you from the first conversation through to annual evaluations. We handle all administration, help with applying for childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag) and are always available for questions or support. Our childminders provide care in a homely atmosphere with small groups, so your child receives personal attention in a familiar environment.

Gastouderbureau KOOS is active in the Salland and Apeldoorn region. In Salland, we have dozens of care locations spread across various towns. Our childminders (gastouders) are based in Raalte, Heino and surrounding villages, among others. We always work close to home, so that care is easily accessible for both parents and children.

Gastouderbureau KOOS operates fully in accordance with the Childcare Act. All childminders (gastouders) are registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK) and are regularly inspected by the Municipal Health Service (GGD). We carry out annual risk assessments for safety and hygiene, and verify that childminders still meet the required qualifications and Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). Childminders work in accordance with KOOS's pedagogical policy and follow training for continuous development. Parents can always view inspection reports of childminders via the National Childcare Register.
