Summary
GGD Flevoland conducted an unannounced incidental investigation on 7 July 2026 at childminder (gastouder) Sahadat in Lelystad following a continuous screening notification. A structurally present individual (family member, previously deployed as a volunteer/intern) was found not to meet the Certificate of Conduct (VOG) requirements. Both childminder agencies (ViaViela Katja Schmidt and 4Kids) immediately decoupled the individual in the Childcare Personnel Register (Personenregister Kinderopvang/PRK). The childminder (gastouder) stated that this individual had not been present for six months already, but had not reported this to the agencies. Following the recovery offer, the legal conditions have been met. The childminder did not submit a statement of objection.
