Gastouderbureau Boelie offers personal mediation and guidance for childminder (gastouder) care. You will be assigned a dedicated contact person who knows your situation and will support you throughout your time with Boelie. We help you find a suitable childminder, handle the financial administration, and offer support with any pedagogical challenges. With our online hour registration system, you always have insight into your childcare costs, and we provide an annual overview for the Tax Authority.

Gastouderbureau Boelie has a national service area and is active throughout the Netherlands. We mediate and guide childminder (gastouder) care across the entire country, so parents everywhere in the Netherlands can make use of our services.

Gastouderbureau Boelie operates in accordance with the Childcare Act and has a pedagogical policy plan. Our childminders must meet quality requirements including safety and hygiene. We check the validity of childminder documents (first aid certificate for children, VOG, diploma, proof of identity) and carry out at least two visits per year to the care location. In addition, we conduct the annual Risk Assessment for Safety and Health and are registered in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang).

Gastouderbureau Loky is registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK number: 376815279) and meets all quality requirements of the GGD (Municipal Health Service). We are a member of the KNGO (Knowledge Network Childminder Care) and affiliated with the Disputes Committee, where we have always been declared complaint-free. Our childminders are checked annually through risk assessments and home visits, and must hold first aid certificates that are renewed yearly. All childminders have a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and are screened regularly.
