The agency even offers childcare across the border. With more than 40 locations throughout the Netherlands, ViaViela has national coverage, yet each region has its own dedicated contact person who personally guides local childminders and parents.

ViaViela region Maastricht is LRK-registered with number 121575597 and meets all legal quality requirements for childminder agencies (gastouderbureaus). The agency is regularly inspected by the GGD (Municipal Health Service), with inspection reports publicly available. ViaViela holds the Dispute-Free Certificate from the Childcare Disputes Committee and has an internal complaints procedure in accordance with the Childcare Act. All childminders are registered in the Childcare Persons Register and hold a Certificate of Conduct (VOG). The agency applies strict screening and selection procedures for childminders and provides ongoing pedagogical support and quality monitoring.

We work together with the Tax Authority for childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag) and hold multiple LRK registrations for different regions. We are inspected annually by the GGD on our working methods and procedures. We hold certificates from the Disputes Committee for all our locations. Our childminders (gastouders) must meet legal requirements such as a suitable diploma, Paediatric First Aid certificate, Certificate of Conduct (VOG), and registration in the Childcare Personnel Register.
