We offer high-quality childcare at an attractive price and work with some of the lowest agency fees in the region. Parents can count on adequate support with questions about childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag), contracts, and any issues. We aim to respond to questions within 24 hours (on working days).
Subsidy & costs
We support parents in applying for childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag). To qualify, both parents (or the single parent) must be working, studying, following a re-integration programme, or attending an integration course. The benefit is income-dependent but worthwhile even for higher incomes. We help with preparing quotes and annual statements needed for the application. Parents can apply for the benefit via www.mijntoeslagen.nl using their DigiD and the childminder's LRK number. We do not charge extra fees for annual statements.
The costs for childminder care (gastouderopvang) consist of two parts: the hourly rate for the childminder (gastouder) and the agency fees. Our agency fees are €49.50 per month for the first child and €69.50 per month for multiple children, plus €0.15 per hour used. We charge NO registration fees and NO placement fees for finding a childminder. The hourly rate for childminders varies, but parents can expect an attractive price-quality ratio. We offer high-quality childcare at a reasonable price and are one of the most affordable agencies in the region.
Trust & screening
Our childminders (gastouders) must meet strict legal requirements before they can start. They must have a suitable diploma or be willing to obtain one, hold a Paediatric First Aid certificate, a Certificate of Conduct (VOG), and be registered in the Childcare Personnel Register. Any adult household members must also hold a VOG. The childcare location is assessed for safety and hygiene according to GGD requirements. Once all documents are in place, the GGD inspection procedure begins via the municipality, which can take up to 10 weeks.
We are a reliable and transparent party that has been active since 2008. We work together with the Tax Authority for childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag) and hold multiple LRK registrations for different regions. We are inspected annually by the GGD on our working methods and procedures. We hold certificates from the Disputes Committee for all our locations. Our childminders (gastouders) must meet legal requirements such as a suitable diploma, Paediatric First Aid certificate, Certificate of Conduct (VOG), and registration in the Childcare Personnel Register.

Pedagogical vision
Our pedagogical vision consists of stimulating children's development as much as possible through play, in a safe environment. We guide our childminders (gastouders) in this by offering various training courses. Parents and childminders can come to us with pedagogical questions. We employ a pedagogue who we can call upon when deeper exploration of a 'problem' is desired. From July 2026, it will become legally mandatory for all childminders to have their own pedagogical work plan; however, all childminders affiliated with us already have this.
