Childminder agency (gastouderbureau) 4Kids works exclusively with childminders (gastouders) who are registered in the National Childcare Register and have been approved by the Municipal Health Service (GGD). Our intermediaries regularly visit the childcare locations to check whether all safety requirements are met. We carry out annual risk assessments and evaluate the childcare with parents and childminders. The agency has a pedagogical policy that all childminders work according to and offers pedagogical support through its own pedagogical staff. We receive annual inspection visits from the GGD.

DOT Gastouderbureau offers parents affordable, quality childminder care (gastouderopvang) throughout the Netherlands. With a fixed all-in rate of €45 per family per month (€22.50 for switchers for the first three months) and no extra charges for registration or administration, DOT makes childcare accessible. The agency mediates between parents and carefully screened childminders, investing a minimum of 16 hours per placement in guidance and mediation. Parents have access to invoices, annual statements and contracts via Mijn DOT.

DOT Gastouderbureau is based in Almere but operates nationally throughout the Netherlands. The agency mediates childminder care across the entire country, from Eemshaven to Terneuzen, and specifically names cities such as Amsterdam, Emmen, Enschede, Groningen and Den Bosch as examples of places where they are active. The fixed rate of €45 per family per month applies to all locations in the Netherlands.

DOT Gastouderbureau is registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK: 221 881 888) and complies with all legal requirements. The agency is inspected by the GGD (Municipal Health Service) and received a positive inspection report following registration. DOT carries out a risk assessment for safety and health, operates a reporting code for domestic violence and child abuse, and ensures continuous screening of VOGs (Certificate of Conduct). The agency works with general terms and conditions and has a Chamber of Commerce registration (65896416).
