ViaViela helps parents find a suitable childminder (gastouder) in their own neighbourhood. We offer personal mediation and guidance from A to Z, from the first conversation to daily care. Parents are assigned a dedicated contact person who helps them find a childminder that matches their wishes and needs. Our childminders provide small-scale care in a homely environment, where children receive the attention they need to develop well. All childminders are registered in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang) and meet all legal requirements.

ViaViela has 40 locations spread across the Netherlands, so there is always a dedicated contact person near parents. Each location serves a specific region covering multiple towns. For the West Friesland region, where Sandy Laan is the licence holder, the service area includes towns such as Hoorn, Enkhuizen, Medemblik, Bovenkarspel, and many other villages in West Friesland. Parents can enter their town name on the website to find the nearest location and contact person.

ViaViela and all affiliated childminders (gastouders) are registered in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang/LRK) and meet all legal quality requirements. Each location is inspected annually by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) and receives an inspection report. ViaViela holds a Dispute-Free certificate from the Childcare Disputes Committee. Childminders are regularly visited by their dedicated contact person to check whether the care location meets all safety and hygiene regulations. ViaViela has an internal complaints procedure in accordance with the Childcare Act, and each location has a parent committee that safeguards the interests of parents and children.

Gastouderbureau Boelie offers personal mediation and guidance for childminder (gastouder) care. You will be assigned a dedicated contact person who knows your situation and will support you throughout your time with Boelie. We help you find a suitable childminder, handle the financial administration, and offer support with any pedagogical challenges. With our online hour registration system, you always have insight into your childcare costs, and we provide an annual overview for the Tax Authority.

Gastouderbureau Boelie has a national service area and is active throughout the Netherlands. We mediate and guide childminder (gastouder) care across the entire country, so parents everywhere in the Netherlands can make use of our services.

Gastouderbureau Boelie operates in accordance with the Childcare Act and has a pedagogical policy plan. Our childminders must meet quality requirements including safety and hygiene. We check the validity of childminder documents (first aid certificate for children, VOG, diploma, proof of identity) and carry out at least two visits per year to the care location. In addition, we conduct the annual Risk Assessment for Safety and Health and are registered in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang).
