Gastouderbureau Boelie offers personal mediation and guidance for childminder (gastouder) care. You will be assigned a dedicated contact person who knows your situation and will support you throughout your time with Boelie. We help you find a suitable childminder, handle the financial administration, and offer support with any pedagogical challenges. With our online hour registration system, you always have insight into your childcare costs, and we provide an annual overview for the Tax Authority.

Gastouderbureau Boelie has a national service area and is active throughout the Netherlands. We mediate and guide childminder (gastouder) care across the entire country, so parents everywhere in the Netherlands can make use of our services.

Gastouderbureau Boelie operates in accordance with the Childcare Act and has a pedagogical policy plan. Our childminders must meet quality requirements including safety and hygiene. We check the validity of childminder documents (first aid certificate for children, VOG, diploma, proof of identity) and carry out at least two visits per year to the care location. In addition, we conduct the annual Risk Assessment for Safety and Health and are registered in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang).

At Gastouderbureau Krokodilletje, you will find small-scale, personal childcare in a trusted environment. We listen carefully to your wishes and clearly map out your child's needs. Based on this, we actively search for a childminder who truly fits your family. You can choose care at the childminder's home or at your own home (childminder at home). Our goal is a warm, safe, and trusted childcare place where your child feels at ease — almost like a second home.

Our extensive network includes more than 2,500 childminders spread across the entire country, from major cities to smaller villages. Thanks to our many years of experience and active recruitment of new childminders, we can help parents quickly and effectively find suitable childcare, regardless of where they live.

Krokodilletje meets all legal requirements for childminder agencies and is registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK). We only work with childminders who meet strict selection criteria, including a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and a valid first aid certificate. We are inspected multiple times per year by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) on our working methods and procedures. All inspection reports and annual complaint reports are transparently available via our website.
