The agency has an internal complaints procedure in accordance with the Childcare Act and a mandatory parent committee that represents the interests of parents and children.

Krokodilletje meets all legal requirements for childminder agencies and is registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK). We only work with childminders who meet strict selection criteria, including a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and a valid first aid certificate. We are inspected multiple times per year by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) on our working methods and procedures. All inspection reports and annual complaint reports are transparently available via our website.
