You will be assigned a dedicated contact person who knows your situation and will support you throughout your time with Boelie. We help you find a suitable childminder, handle the financial administration, and offer support with any pedagogical challenges. With our online hour registration system, you always have insight into your childcare costs, and we provide an annual overview for the Tax Authority.

Gastouderbureau Boelie operates in accordance with the Childcare Act and has a pedagogical policy plan. Our childminders must meet quality requirements including safety and hygiene. We check the validity of childminder documents (first aid certificate for children, VOG, diploma, proof of identity) and carry out at least two visits per year to the care location. In addition, we conduct the annual Risk Assessment for Safety and Health and are registered in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang).

The bureau is regularly inspected by the Municipal Health Service (GGD), with inspection reports publicly available. ViaViela holds a Geschilvrij (Dispute-Free) certificate from the Geschillencommissie Kinderopvang (Childcare Disputes Committee). All childminders (gastouders) hold a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and are registered in the Childcare Personnel Register. The bureau has an internal complaints procedure in accordance with the Childcare Act and an active parent committee.
