The agency is regularly inspected by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) and no violations were found during the last inspection. All childminders have a Certificate of Good Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag/VOG) and are properly linked in the Childcare Persons Register (Personenregister Kinderopvang/PRK). The agency carries out annual risk assessments and spends a minimum of 16 hours per year on guidance per childminder.

We work exclusively with pedagogically qualified staff and have a university-educated pedagogue (HBO pedagoog) in-house. We are affiliated with Plein Midden Twente for multidisciplinary knowledge and consultation. Our agency has a parent committee for participation and has both internal and external complaints procedures.

We only work with childminders who meet strict selection criteria, including a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and a valid first aid certificate. We are inspected multiple times per year by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) on our working methods and procedures.
