Kroostopvang offers childminder (gastouder) care for children from 0 to 13 years in a small-scale, homely environment. Our childminders care for a maximum of 6 children at a time in their own home, ensuring personal attention and a familiar atmosphere. We work with qualified childminders who have been carefully selected and receive regular training. The care can be arranged flexibly according to your wishes regarding days and times, and we help you find a childminder who suits your family and parenting style.

Kroostopvang provides childminder (gastouder) care in the provinces of South Holland, North Holland and Utrecht. Our childminders are active in various municipalities and regions, including Haarlemmermeer, Velsen, Haarlem, Kaag & Braassem, the Bulb Region, Leiden and surrounding municipalities, Leidsche Rijn, Vleuten and De Meern. We have childminders in more than 30 locations spread across these three provinces.

Kroostopvang is a recognised registered childminder (gastouder) agency that meets all legal requirements. We operate in accordance with the Childcare Act and are affiliated with the industry association Brancheorganisatie Kinderopvang. Our childminders are registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK), which is required for childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag). We carry out annual Risk Inventories at childminders and they are inspected by the Municipal Health Service (GGD). We have a parent committee and work with model agreements from the Brancheorganisatie Kinderopvang.

Childminder care (gastouderopvang) offers a homely atmosphere in a familiar environment, with flexible childcare hours and often more affordable than a daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV). Our childminders (gastouders) are well-trained, complete annual training and paediatric first aid, and are regularly checked by us and the GGD (Municipal Health Service).

Childminder agency (gastouderbureau) Thuis van Huis is active in two regions: North Brabant (Southeast Brabant) and North Holland. Our team has staff in both regions for personal guidance. Our head office is located in Mierlo. We mediate between parents and childminders (gastouders) in these regions, where childminders (gastouders) can provide childcare in their own home or as a childminder at the parents' home.

Thuis van Huis works exclusively with registered childminders (gastouders) who meet all legal requirements. Every childminder (gastouder) is carefully screened by us and the GGD (Municipal Health Service), registered with the municipality, and included in the National Childcare Register (LRK). We carry out the Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RIE) annually and the GGD can conduct inspections at any time. Childminders (gastouders) hold a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), appropriate diploma, and first aid certificate. We ourselves are registered in the LRK under number 149051232.
