We have a clear complaints procedure in accordance with the Childcare Act, and parents can be part of the parent committee to contribute ideas on important policy and practice matters.

Gastouderbureau Snoesje is a registered childminder agency with 20+ years of experience and complies with all requirements of the Childcare Act. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) carries out annual inspections and our inspection reports are publicly available. We work exclusively with pedagogically qualified staff and have a university-educated pedagogue (HBO pedagoog) in-house. We are affiliated with Plein Midden Twente for multidisciplinary knowledge and consultation. Our agency has a parent committee for participation and has both internal and external complaints procedures.
