All childminders are registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK) and Childcare Personnel Register (PRK). Childminders and household members hold a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). The care location is checked annually for safety and hygiene through a risk assessment. We have an internal and external complaints procedure and are a member of the Disputes Committee.
