At Gastouderbureau Het Liefbeestje, we believe the child always comes first. We offer parents small-scale childminder care (gastouderopvang) in a homely atmosphere where personal attention and flexibility are central. Our qualified childminders (gastouders) receive continuous guidance and further training, and are inspected by the GGD (Municipal Health Service) at least once every 2 years. Parents are assigned a dedicated placement coordinator as their contact person for personal guidance with all questions regarding care.

Gastouderbureau Het Liefbeestje is active in various parts of the Netherlands. We provide services for childminders (gastouders) and parents regarding small-scale childcare in, among others, the following regions: Central and West Brabant, Southeast Brabant, North Limburg, Central Limburg, South Limburg, Drechtsteden, Gouda region, South Holland, and Utrecht. Within these regions, we work in dozens of municipalities and towns.

We have been working as a reliable partner in childminder care (gastouderopvang) since 2008. Our bureau is registered with the Chamber of Commerce and has LRK (National Childcare Register) numbers for all operating regions. We are inspected annually by the GGD (Municipal Health Service) and hold 'dispute-free' certificates from the Disputes Committee for all regions. Our childminders (gastouders) must hold a suitable diploma, Children's First Aid certificate, Certificate of Conduct (VOG), and registration in the childcare personnel register. We work together with the Tax Authority, KNGO, and Stichting Nysa.

ViaViela is the largest childminder agency in the Netherlands with a national network of 40 locations and more than 225,000 children cared for since 2005. We offer parents personal mediation to qualified childminders in a homely environment. You get a fixed contact person in your region who guides you from the first conversation until the care starts. Our childminders are carefully screened, are registered in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang), and receive regular pedagogical support. ViaViela also helps with the application for childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag) and offers a user-friendly online system for administration and communication.

ViaViela has a national network with 40 locations spread throughout the Netherlands. We are active in all regions and have local contact persons who know the area and the childminder offerings well. Our locations provide personal guidance at regional level, taking into account local differences and needs. Parents can always count on a childminder in their neighbourhood thanks to our extensive network of more than 4,500 registered childminders.

ViaViela meets all legal requirements for childminder agencies and is registered in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang/LRK). Our childminders hold the required diplomas (MBO-2 Helpende Zorg en Welzijn or equivalent) and their care locations meet safety and hygiene regulations. The municipal health service (GGD) inspects childminders every two years and childminder agencies annually. ViaViela itself carries out at least two visits per year to every care location and provides continuous education to childminders. We have an internal complaints procedure according to the Childcare Act and work with protocols and guidelines from our knowledge guide.
