We guide parents in applying for childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag). Our childminders (gastouders) are registered with the National Childcare Register (LRK), which entitles you to the benefit. Parents can apply for the benefit via www.mijntoeslagen.nl using their DigiD and the childminder's LRK number. We provide annual statements for the final benefit application and advise on changes when work hours or income change. The benefit is income-dependent but also worthwhile for higher incomes when conditions are met (working, studying, reintegration, or civic integration).

Our rates are transparent and consist of two parts: the hourly payment for the childminder (gastouder) and the bureau costs. We charge €49.50 per month for the first child and €69.50 per month for multiple children, plus €0.15 per hour used. We charge NO registration fees and NO recruitment costs. For grandparent care and care by a childminder at the parent's home, we apply different rates. Parents receive a dedicated placement coordinator, annual statement, pedagogical advice, and quality monitoring at no extra cost.

Our screening of childminders (gastouders) is thorough and meets all legal requirements. Every potential childminder must hold or be willing to obtain: a suitable pedagogical diploma, a valid Children's First Aid certificate, a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) for themselves and any adult household members, and registration in the childcare personnel register. In addition, the care location is assessed for safety and hygiene according to GGD guidelines. After placement, annual progress interviews take place and GGD inspections occur at least once every 2 years.

We have been working as a reliable partner in childminder care (gastouderopvang) since 2008. Our bureau is registered with the Chamber of Commerce and has LRK (National Childcare Register) numbers for all operating regions. We are inspected annually by the GGD (Municipal Health Service) and hold 'dispute-free' certificates from the Disputes Committee for all regions. Our childminders (gastouders) must hold a suitable diploma, Children's First Aid certificate, Certificate of Conduct (VOG), and registration in the childcare personnel register. We work together with the Tax Authority, KNGO, and Stichting Nysa.
