The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted an unannounced post-registration inspection on 26 January 2026 at BSO de Vincent in Etten-Leur, part of Kober B.V. The after-school care (BSO) accommodates a maximum of 25 children aged 4 to 13 years in one base group, with use of a kitchen (28 m²), assembly hall (75 m²), and an outdoor area of more than 100 m². All inspected domains meet statutory requirements: pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, premises, and parental rights. The pedagogical practice shows strong points: staff know children by name, work with fixed routines and agreements, and proactively check for discrepancies in attendance. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The only administrative note is that the parent committee has not yet been established, but the holder has six months to do so and is demonstrating verifiable efforts. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
